So I started watching the TV series Weeds this week, and particularly fell in love with the intro which you must watch below.
The song used is called "Little Boxes," and was a 1960's commentary on the development of suburbia.
The aerial view of suburbia in the intro of the show was from the City of Calabasa which is a western community in the Los Angeles area.
Let's see if you can find the area on their Land Use Map that was used on the Weeds intro.
Just for fun, I have included the Township of Langley Willoughby Community Plan for a compare and contrast. Hopefully, we'll have less little boxes on the hillside. :-)
