Congress has a long history of wasting money on pork barrel highway projects. From now on, let's waste our money on test tube projects instead - just in case.This was referring to the lack of funding in education in the US, and how governments make the mistake of trying to prop up dying industries instead of investing in new. (aka auto industry) He also makes the point that we should be investing in the green economy to help keep good paying jobs in North America.

Quote of the Day
I recommend that you read the book The World is Flat. It is about globalization in the 21st century. Anyway, there was one quote in the book that really stood out.
